1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Puras (“the Service”), operated by Altros Technology AS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Puras is an agentic backend-as-a-service that lets you build, deploy, and run long-running, multi-step AI agents and skills. The Service includes tools for authoring skillpacks, executing jobs, calling them through an API, publishing skills to a marketplace, and monitoring activity.

3. User Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account or keys, including usage and charges they incur. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' workspaces
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate or transmit harmful, abusive, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted

5. Billing and Credits

Running jobs and invoking models, media, and other metered capabilities consumes credits or incurs charges as described on our pricing page. You are responsible for the costs generated by your account, including jobs triggered through your API keys or by skills you publish. Prices and metering may change with notice.

6. Your Content and the Marketplace

Your skillpacks, inputs, and outputs remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process them as needed to provide the Service. If you publish a skill to the marketplace, you grant other users the right to run it and grant us the right to display its public definition. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or publish.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Altros Technology AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altros Technology AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
